What is financial aid?
Financial aid is money set
aside by the federal government, state, some colleges
and universities, and private agencies
to help people pay for a college education.
Financial aid can come in the
form of grants, scholarships, work-study jobs, or loans.
Check with the
Financial Aid Office to learn what types
of aid are available.
In order to receive
federal financial aid, you need to fill out the Free
Application for Federal Student Aid, known as the FAFSA.
The FAFSA can be found online
at the Federal Student Aid website.

U.S. Department of Education Federal Student Aid website.
